Taster Recorded Example - Camera on a Player! 9 to 11 Year Olds Showing Quality Dialogue in Time Out & Rule of 3 Live in Actions

Camera on a Player! 9 to 11 Year Olds Showing Quality Dialogue in Time Out & Rule of 3 Live in Actions.

One of my clients Evo Soccer. This was recorded during a live practice session, with both players & coaches wearing cameras. This shows the impact PDS coaching can have on players of all ages when coaches commit to their own self development within the PDS needs centred approach. This is the first practice session these age groups of 9, 10 & 11 have practiced together. But because the coaching language & principles are used at all ages, the speed at which everyone connects in is super quick.

Points to note in time out -

1, Listen to a young leader initiating other to review

2, Listen to the quality of the dialogue

3, Listen to the relevancy of the conversation - reviewing the pre agreed success which was quantity of resets linked to the UAEs using the rule of 3 & 3As 4, listen to the coach & player interaction & what coach is doing/saying

Points to note in live play -

1, Look at the self acknowledgement/review at self (rule of 1)

2, Note the PDS rule of 3 in action with players self reviewing (1), effectively reaching out to help peers (2) & coach having a quick impactful intervention (3).

So when you hear coaches, parents, teachers saying 'kids' can't think for themselves, they need to be told. Just show them this!
